With these general conditions governing relations between "VINORAMA" Ltd. on the occasion provided by Midalidare Hotel & SPA services and hotel guests.
1. CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
1.1. Reservation in "Midalidare Hotel & SPA" you can do by one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.
1.3. Information for made reservations you will receive on the provided e-mail address. It describes the type and number of booked rooms, the date of arrival and check-out, the number of adults and children mentioned in the application for reservation as well as the amount due.
1.4. At the discretion of the hotelier, as required guarantee deposit may be specified amount, which you should transfer before the accommodation in the amount of the value of the first night of each occupied room in the days that are not designated as packages and holidays. Your payment should be made within no more than 2 (two) days after sending our e - mail (unless between the parties is agreed otherwise period).). The outstanding amount for your entire reservation, is payable on the day of yourarrival. If you wish to cancel a reservation on which a payment has been made, apply penalties described below in terms of cancellation section.
1.5. On package and holiday offers the discretion of the hotelier, as required guarantee deposit may be specified amount, which should transferred before accommodation in the amount of 100 (one hundred) % of the total booking. Your payment should be made within no more than 2 (two) days after sending our e - mail (unless between the parties is agreed otherwise period). If you wish to cancel a reservation on which a payment has been made, apply penalties described below in terms of cancellation section.
1.6. When advance deposit is made, your reservation is valid and is considered definitely CONFIRMED after the payment specified in the particular request and receiving confirmation on your e-mail.
1.7. In no payment has been made within the described period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation.
1.8. When a customer made a reservation in Midalidare Hotel & SPA, enters into contractual relations with "VINORAMA" Ltd. and accepts these terms and conditions.
2. CONDITIONS OF CANCELETION
2.1. Cancellation for a made reservation, you can claim in one of the following ways:

2.2. Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not valid for packages and festive offers) three (3) days or more before date of arrival, the customer does not owe a penalty.
2.3. Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not valid for packages and festive offers) within less than three (3) days prior to arrival or in case of no show on the day of accommodation, you owe a penalty equal to the amount of the first night of each one of the occupied rooms, paid as a deposit.
2.4. Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation on a package offer within more - less than 10 (ten) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show the day of the accommodation, the amount paid in advance of your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation is considered cancelled.
2.5. Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation on a festive offer within a period shorter than 20 (twenty) days prior to arrival or in case of no-show the day of the accommodation, the amount paid in advance of your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation is considered cancelled.
2.6. "Midalidare Hotel & SPA" reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other beyond the control of the hotelier grounds. In these cases, the hotelier:
- Offers Guests accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
- Restores paid by the customer deposit 30 (thirty) - day period from the date of receipt of a written request by tourists, not owe a penalty of the same.
3. CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION
3.1. Check-in times and check-out:
- Accommodation: after 14:00 p.m.
- Check out: 12:00 p.m.
In later check-out will be charged as follows:
1. Overdue to 18:00 p.m. due for payment in the amount of 50 (fifty) % of the cost of the night.
2. Overdue after 18:00 p.m. due for payment in the amount of 100 (one hundred) % of the cost of the night.
Reservations are kept until 24:00 hrs. on the same day of arrival.
3.2 children under 5 years are accommodated free of charge.
3.3. Pets are not accommodated.
3.4. Hotel accommodation is done by giving of personal documents verifying the identity of visitors. Information you provide is protected under the Law on Protection of Personal Data and regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in association with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only in connection with the reservations and will not be disclosed for other purposes.
4. PRICES FOR ACCOMMODATION
4.1 The prices for accommodation in "Midalidare Hotel & SPA" are listed in tabular form on the site http://hotel.midalidare.bg/.
5. WAYS OF PAYMENT
5.1 Cash at the hotel only in Bulgarian currency
5.2 Debit or credit card at the hotel
5.3 To guarantee deposits for reservations - Bank transfer to the following bank account: VINORAMA Ltd. Raiffeisen Bank, Bank Account № RZBBBGSF-BG24RZBB91551001763842
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. Midalidare Hotel & SPA undertakes to provide hotel guests in full declared and paid by them services.
6.2. Midalidare Hotel & SPA undertakes not to change the price paid by guests of the hotel services, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
6.3. Midalidare Hotel & SPA is not responsible for damages caused to guests resulting from acts of third parties.
6.4. All claims related to the quality of the services should be brought to the hotel. The filing is done in writing. If the claims are not met, the customer should require from a responsible person the establishment of a report. Within seven (7) days after compiling, the client will receive a formal judgment on the matter by the management of the hotel.
6.5. Amounts requested but unused or partially used services by fault of Guests are not refunded.
6.6. All prices advertised on the website of the hotel -: http://hotel.midalidare.bg/, as well as in e-mail messages of the hotel are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax.
6.7. Additional costs will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately at the hotel.
6.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen belongings from rooms, restaurants and pool, as well as damage caused by third parties.
6.9. Midalidare Hotel & SPA is a place for non smokers. Under the provisions of national law, smoking in public places is prohibited, so in case of non-compliance with them hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notification fee of 100 BGN.
6.10. Guests take responsibility to comply with generally accepted standards of good behaviour during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage of the hotel shall be paid by persons caused them at market prices after have granted an invoice by the Contractor.
6.11. Guests are required not to leave their children unattended in the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for anyone under 18 years old left unattended.
6.12. The hotel reserves the right to complaints that may be brought within three days after leaving the hotel. All costs for caused material damage to the hotel are paid by the customer.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7. All disputes and legal issues unsettled by these Terms apply the relevant provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The disputes are settled through negotiations between the parties. Failing to settle the dispute in a voluntary way, it shall be referred to the relevant competent court within the District Court of Stara Zagora.

It means a person who uses services and offers of Midalidare Hotel & SPA.
1.4. Gift voucher, voucher, service:
Midalidare hotel and SPA sells services and a hotel product via vouchers as all products and services are realised in the hotel. The purchased travel service cannot be resold to third parties pursuant to the Article 87A of ...? ППЗДДС.
All the prices of the products on the site are in Bulgarian lev and in Euro, depending on consumer choice, for an item, including VAT and not including a delivery price. The Prices are displayed in product descriptions on website Midalidare, but are not written on the gift voucher for aesthetic reasons and for reasons of good etiquette.
The purchased vouchers are valid within three months from the date of purchase as the period is displayed on the voucher. Within two weeks of purchase of the voucher client should book the specific service which is a subject of the voucher. The services mentioned in the voucher are subject of confirmation by the hotel by displayed phone numbers and email: email@example.com of Midalidare Hotel & SPA. If it is not possible for Midalidare Hotel & SPA to confirm the reservation for the dates you desire, it offers alternative dates for the duration of the voucher or extends the reservation period by another month or restores the paid sum of 100 %. If during the extended reservation period it is not possible for Midalidare Hotel & SPA to confirm a reservation for your desired dates it restores the paid sum of 100 %.
In case that the client wants to extend the duration of the voucher with another month, he owes an extra charge of 30 % of the value of the voucher.
If the period of validity specified in the voucher is exceeded, the voucher is considered invalid. If because of objective reasons you can not use your voucher in declared deadline, please, contact us within two weeks of purchase of the voucher to find the best solution for you.
4. Cancellation of the reservation
Upon with cancellation of the reservation or change of its date in shorter period than of 72 (seventy two) hours before the accommodation, or in case there is no-show at the date of accommodation, the paid sum will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered cancelled.
If you want an invoice, please fill in and send your information by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org . If you wish you can write us about preferred hours for delivery or specific features to access your addresss etc. We would be grateful if the information is written clearly and accurately.
Each user can pay the price of the offer as choosing some of the following ways, indicated on the site:

- Payment at the place of Midalidare Hotel& SPA
The voucher (vouchers) to a given order will be delivered to the specified address by courier.
If it is necessary, please, note specific hours of delivery, specific features to access your address etc. via e-mail:email@example.com of Midalidare Hotel & SPA.
If it is your fault that the courier can not contact you to carry out the delivery and he has to deliver it again, you pay once again the whole price of delivery. If you have chosen the option to print the voucher (vouchers) alone, after the receipt of your payment, the option to print in your account will be activated.
8. Returning of purchase
According to Article 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection, you can return vouchers to a given order in fourteen days period from the date of delivery.
All the costs of delivery, as well as fees for cash transactions will be at your expense. We are obliged to refund the amount of your purchase within 30 days on a previously declared account.
9. Privacy statement
Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data, we ensure that we process your personal data fairly and not making available to third parties.
The personal data you provide on the site - an email address, phone number, name and shipping address are required to process your orders.
Providing an email address is required to be able to automatically inform you about the status of the order.
Providing your bank account is required to be able, if necessary, return your paid your sum.
