Wine tours
We offer great opportunities for recreation and wine tourism at Midalidare Estate Winery. You can contact us for arranging private wine samplings, corporate events, special dinners and celebrations.
Our wine tour "The path of the wine" explains in details the wine making process and takes our quests around the fermentation area and the barrel cellar, also you can taste 8 different wines from an enomatic/wine dispenser.
Tour hours are 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 (Monday - Sunday).

Wine museum
First of its kind for the region, the Midalidare wine museum opens its doors in 2015 on the occasion of the wine festival.
It presents ethnographic collection, generously provided by the Regional Historical Museum of Stara Zagora, showing processing tools for coopership, winery and viticulture, waltz and lifestyle.
The actual part of the museum is a cave, that ends with a humorously built game designed to test the knowledge gained during the tour.
